Collection Day & Times:

Your normal trash collection day will depend on the city/county where you reside. You can check the city service page on this website or contact our office. 

Our collection service runs anytime between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Due to various unexpected factors, the exact pickup time can vary from week to week. To make sure we don’t miss you, please have your items ready and waiting early in the day. Thank you! If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call at (830) 232-5599.

Severe Weather:

Very severe weather like ice covered roads could potentially cause trash collection delays. Normally, this will be no more than one day.

When a collection is delayed, pickup services will simply shift forward by one day for the remainder of that week. The schedule then returns to its regular days beginning the following week.
For instance: Tuesday’s normal pickup moves to Wednesday, Wednesday’s shifts to Thursday, and so on, continuing through the end of the week.

Holidays

We are closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

If your regular collection day happens to fall on one of these, we’ll reschedule your pickup for the Saturday immediately following. All other collection days throughout the year stay unchanged.
